Everyone is different and will require a considered wholistic approach to achieve comfort or relief. For some people a very stubborn foot or lower leg pain might be addressed with a simple footwear prescription and home exercise program consisting of strengthening and/or stretching activities.

Another foot may require the prescription of a fully customised orthotic utilizing our latest knowledge of Biomechanical theory and our 25 years of combined clinical experience.
